Display Incident   CLOSE HELP AND RETURN TO NGIS
This main role of this screen is to display the selected incident in a readable form identical to the HTML incident notification emails. The screen is accessed from various entry points including the Login page, the Home page and the Search page and the 'BACK' button is useful to return the user to the point of entry. The 'MENU' button navigates straight back to the main menu

If the incident status is 'open', System Administrators and GDN users can access the incident update/closure screen via the 'UPDATE/CLOSE' button if it is displayed. This button is always displayed to System Administrators but only displayed to GDN users with read/write access from the submitting GDN.
